How many times have you been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I personally lost count. Actually, what I know is that we are all different, which means we won’t necessarily have the same nutritional needs troughout the days. Easy and quick breakfast recipes

You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to be able to enjoy a nice breakfast. You will see that most vegan breakfast recipes on this blog take 10 or less minutes to make.
If you are having a busy morning and don’t have time to sit at the table to actually enjoy breakfast, I would suggest you just take it to work. You can even prepare it the night before so it is ready to go in the morning! A homemade breakfast is cheaper and definitely healthier than a store-bought one.
