Dairy-free and egg-free desserts and baked sweets

What often seems difficult in the beginning of a plant-based cooking journey is to find substitutes for eggs and dairy. This is even more true when it comes to sweet food. In my own experience, all the recipes I knew before demanded eggs and dairy products. And yet, you’ll find out as I did that you don’t need those! Replacing eggs and dairy demands a bit of research, but it is actually simple enough.

You’ll find that baking a plant-based cake, tart or cookies is no more difficult than the ‘original’ version. I hope that my recipes will help you in this journey and inspire you to create more sweet dishes!
